Kenansville Branch Closing

Special announcement to our members using our branch in Kenansville.

Bragg Mutual FCU is sorry to announce that due to staffing issues we have decided to close the Kenansville branch office effective close of business January 30. Unfortunately, while we love this community, this office has never been able to properly staff the office with a full-time lender and tellers for the past 3.5 years.

Many of you will wonder what happens to your deposits and payments set up on automatic draft. I’m happy to say your deposits and payments will stay the same as you currently have them set up to transact. In fact, all your banking transactions will remain just as you set them up originally.

If you need cash, we have an agreement with SECU to allow us to use their Cash Points machines statewide. If you see a charge from Cash Points, just call us for a refund. The refund applies only to Cash Points ATMs. Also, if you see an ATM or credit union branch with the COOP network sticker, you can get cash there at no charge as guest member via shared branching. This option only applies to Shared Branch network credit unions. Shared branch credit unions are a nationwide network of credit unions that have agreed to offer banking services to work together to help other credit unions offer services to members that might be traveling outside of the traditional credit union service area. We only offer deposits, withdrawals and payment services via shared branching. All other services will require you to contact us directly.

As banking continues to evolve digitally, Bragg Mutual FCU provides you with easy and secure 24/7 access to your accounts. Enrolling in mobile banking can assist with your check deposit needs, automatic transaction alerts, and many more financial services. You can do all your Bragg Mutual FCU banking online at www.braggmutual.org or via our mobile app.
