We are currently hiring for the following positions:

 

Full-Time Teller (Spout Springs Branch)

 

Bragg Mutual is on the lookout for people who love helping and talking to people to join our team as a Teller in multiple locations. We want you to be on the front lines developing relationships and providing high quality service to the members that choose to bank with us. Qualified candidates should have a passion for service excellence, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and confidence in promoting appropriate products and services. Applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 to 2 years of cash handling and balancing experience.

 

Operations Manager (Village Drive Branch)

 

Do you enjoy supporting others while working behind the scenes? Joint the Bragg Mutual team! We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to manage back-office operations, ensure seamless branch support and deliver sound advice to our retail management team. Consumer Loan Officer (Village Drive & Kenansville Branches)

This position is responsible for providing superior member service by listening to members to determine the best financial products that meets their needs and building lasting member relationships with the credit union. The candidate will assist both online and lobby traffic loan inquiries and is responsible for cross-selling products and services that will benefit the member. The candidate will underwrite and prepare loan closing documents. Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years working in a loan capacity or as a loan officer assistant. Candidate should understand the basics of lending, underwriting, collections, and cross-selling. Real estate lending experience is preferred but not required.
